25 days left and in a slump... advice?

My mister is trying to keep my mind off my anxieties about the impending birth of our son but this morning it hit me hard... I've been fighting with myself to not start crying at the drop of a hat... it's been 11 years since I've been this close to having a child and most of the end of my last pregnancy was spent in and out of the hospital for seizures. I can't figure out a way to pull myself out of this depression...

Anyone have any advice/ideas for something to ease this feeling?

Thanks, I've told him a bit and he does his best to keep me smiling, this is a very hard time of year for us with the passing of his daughter and my mom so he has been constantly reminding me that he is here and we will make it through this... if it doesn't get better by Tuesday I'll say something to my Dr and see if she has any non medication ideas to try.

With my first son I had really bad PPD, mostly because I was in the hospital for almost a month after he was born. Hoping with things being monitored I won't get that sick this time and things will be smoother.

I would talk to my man about this and be every honest and open with him sometimes I just sit and cry while he holds me that is very comforting to me but if it's not getting any better with in the next day or two I would definitely call my doctor and tell them what's going on they can help you out a lot!!!! Good luck and congratulations your almost don't and will see your bundle of joy soon how exciting is that!!!!
