I don't have a question I just need to vent! My husband just told his sister today that we're expecting and she basically told him that something bad is going to happen.  Really made me mad but I don't want to start anything with his family so I'm trying to let it go but I wanted to call her and ask her where the heck she got her obgyn degree! Why couldn't she just be happy for us? Grrrr!

Dont listen or let her get to you. Ot sounds like jealousy and honestly she  might say little dumb comments later on during or after you have the baby but it shouldn't matter to you, simply because if you and your husband are happy that's all that matters.  We all have family members and those so call friends that will be jealous of what you have & over time you just stop caring about what they say because your doing what you can to be happy instead of complaining like them. Thank you. We are so excited.  And naturally a little nervous until our first appointment.  Oh my husband is very upset with her. he actually hung up on her cuz it made him so mad. I am letting him deal with her because I know I would end up saying something that would turn around and bite me in the rear haha.

She's obviously jealous. If it really bothers you. You need to inform your husband, he should have stood up for you. If not, politely ask your sister in law why she feels the need to be rude about it.
