Ke2425- I had never heard of this happening before until it happened to me! I'm sorry you're going through it too. It is no fun! This must be more common than I thought, I wish I knew it would happen before I messed myself up. Lol
I've basically put myself on bedrest too! lol My doctor told me to be careful because the veins can turn into 'grapes' if I'm not careful. Ouch...

I have that. For me it's vericous veins, I got them at 31 weeks. I learned the hard way why pregnant women are constantly told 'not to over exert yourself'. My sister and I threw our mom a 50th birthday party and I worked extremely hard the entire day, by the time the party started I was in so much pain I wanted to cry but I kept going. That night when I went to bed my husband had to make me an ice pack to put on my vagina because it was so swollen. I went to bed crying that night. I thought a few days of rest would make it better, but no. The swelling went down but any little bit of work I do makes me feel like my veins 'down there' are going to burst. Ouch. :( It has been 5 weeks and it has just gotten worse. My doctor told me to buy a pregnancy belt to help but I don't want to buy one so close to my due date. I'm just taking it easy until the baby gets here.

I heard getting non alcoholic witch hazel is amazing for after you deliver. Spray on a pad and freeze it.

37 weeks today and the past couple days my vagina has been swollen however it's not that bad. I try to wear breathable panties, it helps a lot

Unfortunately it's just from the extra blood flow down there. I would see about maybe putting a cool cloth down there,  or put your panties in the freezer (just to make them cold,  not to freeze then) then put them on.
