What kind of pads after delivery?

What kind of pads are the best to get for the heavy flow of blood we will experience?

I have heard people actually like depends too, just not sure about going that route though
.

What do you think?

Also, is there a certain kind of breast pad you prefer?  Disposable vs washable kinds?

I love love love my washable breastpads. I wouldn't recommend the idea that you never have to replace them but they do last about four months before you need to get rid of them. The online freebie deals where you pay the shipping is a good deal and they're good quality or the white ones from motherhood maternity

Pads: the bigger the better at least at first. Breast pads: disposable, it sticks to your bra so no shifting.

Everyone's blood flows diff I used kotex night x2 because I bleed horrible. But my friend used pantie liners because she didn't bleed much. I say go with bigger. Bulk Sam's club, bjs those kinda places. Breast pads I like both. If you are out n about take n toss are good but home wash ones are good... So its all different. Prob not much help
