acne outbreak

Im 9 weeks now and have a pathetic acne outbreak on my face....painful pimples all over my face....how do I enjoy my pregnancy :(

I had acne and was on meds before pregnancy but had to stop them... my skin broke out so bad with pimples and we're really sore I started using vichy normaderm and I find it brilliant.

They think I'm having a boy due to 13w sono. And I'm breaking out terribly!! With my other 2 sons I NEVER broke out. Just goes to show every pregnancy is different doesn't matter the sex. But we'll see in a couple weeks when they verify it! Hoping for a girl though!!!

I had it really bad all over my face, neck and back. It cleared up alot when i was about 13 weeks. I have to odd pimple now and again now but nowhere near as bad as what it was at the start of my pregnancy

I'm 16 weeks and still having this issue... Like you no acne before now I have a lot, I have tried all the natural everything, lemon, tea tree oil, form starch, coconut oil was by far the worst.... Mine has not balanced out but my doctor said that in the next few weeks it should balance out. She just said to wash face in morning and even if and use  moisturiser to keepnskin moist so it doesn't scar.

At 14 weeks also acne not wubsiding and coconut oil as most ppl siggested does not seem to be working...ne other remedy ??

Try tea tree oil. Its all natural and has helped me.

Ugh! Same here. I've never had acne, even as a teenager as I do now. Nor with my other two pregnancies. Darn hormones.

I'm having the same problem! I'm also nine weeks. My doctor said it's the hormone change and that it should even out after 13 weeks. I'm hoping she's right.
