ultrasound dating accuracy rate

I found out I was pregnant. My last lmp was August 8. I have a 28 cycle based on the calculations my window of conception was August 17 to August 24. I had an ultrasound it said I was 8w 0days. My problem is I was with one person based on when the baby was conceived. The second guy had on a condom and the day we were together was a week after the conception date based on the ultrasound and after my window of conception. I a dna will solve all my problems but baby comes in May. My question is how accurate is the ultrasound and is it still possible for the second guy to be father. I have been upfront and honest with both guys and I don't want to blame the wrong person.

I would go with the first guy, because if the second guy used a condom... Did it break? If I didn't then very slim chances to be second guys. Sperm that doesn't match with an egg right away or within hours... Can last up to 72 hours... In which case that's how you determine boy/girl.

I watched a video on fertility in a patenting class, and sperm can actually live in your cervix for up to 6 days before it actually fertilizes the egg, so if they were only a week apart then it could very well be the first guy. But as.the other lady's said only DNA tests will tell you for sure.

Ovulation can differ from month to month. My lms was Aug 2 and 2 weeks after is my window but I know for a fact I didn't have sex during that window it was four days prior to the window. Its hit or miss. But DNA is the determining factor. Good luck!
