Okay so 22 weeks n the back pains have kicked in. wow!! I've still got so long to go

Yes!! I didn't have back pain with my first. For this one the back pain kicked in at 19 weeks. Ugh. :( My husband and I went for a walk today too... after a mile I had to sit, I had cramps at the bottom of my stomach. Ick.

I am 22 weeks and have had severe back pain throughout my pregnancy. (this is my 3rd.. It happened with all of them) sometimes i cant stand, walk or sit up. I try to lay down with my feet up a lot. I am always high risk though.

Me too......21st week on n I feel at times I cant even stand or walk the bach ache is so bad......is it ok to use a heating pad for relief ??

I feel ya girl!im 21 weeks, and the back pain and feet/leg swelling is brutal! It'll all be worth it though: )
