contractions??

I'm worried I won't know the difference between contractions and the cramping I've been feeling the past few days. I know it's gonna hurt and whatnot but I'm still anxious about how to time them and how to know when they're actually contractions or if I'm just being a big baby about the cramps ):

I'll have to check it out. I have also been going #2 allllll day which I heard can be a sign labor is coming soon and woke up feeling like someone was jabbing me in the lower hips

Ive read that if when you move, it relieves the cramps- its not a true contraction. A true contraction wont stop just because you move.. maybe that will help? But i got a free contraction app on my phone to time them when they do come into play. True labor contractions get closer together and stronger over time. Hope this helps :)

I just asked this questionsl hopefully we'll get an answer lol. But I can't tell the difference either. I'm getting period cramps but don't know if that's the real thing. I'm honestly feel all sorts of feelings in my tummy.
