Oh, it's OK to be scared. Try not to stress too much thou. You are going to have pains, cramps, pulls, aches. My advice is that unless your are bleeding heavily Ana have pains that make you lose your breathe, you're fine. :-)

I'm on my third pregnancy, my body doesn't like being pregnant! I had morning sickness everyday with my first two. You gotta find what works for you. For drinks to calm your stomach, try ginger ale, lemonade or other citrus drinks. (Not soda). Ginger ale worked for me last time but now it's lemonade. When you are or drink, lay on your left side. For gas, I take Gas-x, religiously and live on tums.
It's a good idea to have crackers by the side of your bed. Nibble on some before getting up. Moving slow helps too.

If you have it bad like me, I got Reglan from my dr. It's an old medicine, so if you are concerned about taking meds, my baby came out fine.
