folic acid
I've been taking folic acid and a pregnancy multi vitamin scince I found out I was pregnant. Now im past 12 weeks (12 weeks 4 days) do I need to stop taking it as ive read its only needed for first 12 weeks. I want to do whichever is best for baby
Not sure if you need the extra folic acid since your prenatal already includes it. Check with doc.
