Every night i wake up in the middle of the night with serious heartburn, its horrible im almost 37 weeks cant wait to have baby boy so maybe I wont have such bad heartburn all day and night. Anyone know how to get rid of it at night? I just drink some water and go back to sleep but it doesnt go away :(

I've recently started experiencing this only at night. I'm 37 weeks. Drink a small glass of milk right before bed and it helps a lot. I was waking up at 3am in tears because it was so bad.

Ive been drinking a glass of milk before I go to bed. It helps neutralize the acid so it doesn't hurt as bad.

I sleep w a bottle of liquid mylanta and elevate my head and back w a sturdy extra pillow at night to keep my torso a bit higher...if I wake up bc of bad heartburn I take a swig of the mylanta and it goes away enough for me to sleep again. Heartburn is a real drag :/
