I've been having constant headaches as well. I suffer from migraines but none so far during this pregnancy. My doctor prescribed me magnesium oxide to help with the headaches.

I am also a huge sufferer of migraine headaches. They are so bad I'm delirious! But I had one that lasted two days, I had to call out of work, and I called my doctor. I couldn't go in because a headache like that, it isn't safe to drive. My doctor prescribed me Imitrex. It's a migraine medicine. It has some strange side effects, but it works! It isn't recommended, but it isn't completely unsafe. The doctor told me it's better to take it then have that type of stress on my body.

I lay down with a cool damp cloth over my eyes/head. It helps :)

I turn the light off put a cold wet washcloth over my eyes and lay down that usually does the trick. I won't take any medication besides my prenatal vitamins so this is really all I'll do

Apparently taking Tylenol during pregnancy isn't safe anymore. Well studies have shown that children develop ADD. However, try drinking carbonated drinks and place a cold towel on the forehead. Try eating some food if nausea is preventing that too. And take a good rest. If nothing helps see your dr or visit the hospital. There are some good doctors out there.

Make sure to tell your doctors about them!  I don't want to scare anyone, but it could be something serious.
