I got diagnosed with hypoactive thyroid just before being pregnant. The medicine helps me so much. just remember to take it everyday and the right way. :)

Ive been hypo and on thyroid meds since 1997 but ive always been cold and not gaining weight. Try to keep fit, walks will do, somehow does something for metabolism. Take the meds first thing, 1hr before breakfast. I try to eat seaweed regularly and eat enough seafood. They do regular blood tests to ensure youre getting adequate thyroid. In pregnancy you may need more, so make sure youre on correct dosage.
