progesterone supplements

At five weeks my progesterone levels were at 20.1 and my doctor saI'd that was just in the normal range. However, because I had one previoys miscarriage she put me on progesterone tablets. Has anyone had to take something similar? Or are you currently taking it? Tell me about your experience did you have to slowly take yourself off or just cold turkey? Any symptoms?

I'm on progesterone tablets, I've been taking them since 4wks, I'm 7wks+2 now, I don't know of any symptoms, considering the pregnancy symptoms I already have. From what I understand it's to keep you from having a miscarriage and building your uterine wall so that you can carry the baby. I've heard that it's really effective if prescribed early on, I will be taking them until I'm 12wks. Blessings and hugs darling.

I am on the progesterone  injections. I am 6w5d and have been on them since 4 weeks. I also have had a miscarriage couple months ago. Symptoms are very sore boobs and tired but could also be pregnancy symptoms.  I will be taking mine untill 12 weeks and I have extra suppositories I will do one a might instead of two. And then do every other night after that untill 14 weeks.
