loss or lack of pregnancy symptoms?

Hi I'm due 22 may so I'm 7wks 3days. I've got a 2 year old girl and had a miscarriage in January. I'm worrying that I have had a (missed miscarriage) as all my pregnancy symptoms over the last week have completey gone. Of course maybe I am just lucky this time round to not have symptoms and everything may be ok. It's strange how we welcome all those nasty symptoms as a good sign of pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced a complete lack of or loss of symptoms in your pregnancies and what was the outcome please?

I'm due 22nd May and haven't had any symptoms yet. I hope I didn't have an early miscarriage but won't find out until in a couple of weeks time which is really annoying

So glad to find this post I'm 7 weeks 3 days and just asked the same question. I still will feel nauseous at times but my breast just are not sore now and I have had 3 miscarriages and 2 boys so I don't like my odds and it scares me. Fingers crossed though this one goes good. I'm due on my mother's 50th birthday and would put all my kids 4 months apart by birthmonths and so it's everything I could hope for! I just keep praying and praying but I know it ultimately up to God! I hope you find peace of mind on thursday! I have my appointment  next friday! So I have what feels like an eternity to wait!

Thankyou everyone that has commented so far. I will let you know Thursday. I'm glad that some others have had same symptom loss thing but their pregnancy has continued healthily, it's comforting to know thay. I'm so hoping for a little heartbeat :-)

I have an early scan this Thursday morning to confirm if I am still pregnant. Fingers crossed that my total lack and loss of symptoms is a good thing and that it's just my body has just used to the hormones. I have kind of convinced myself that I've had a missed miscarriage though.

Wish i had a better outcome to tell you, but the Last time I lost all my pregnancy symptoms,  was when I had a missed miscarriage:/ that was when I was around 10 wks though.. you are still early in pregnancy so you may not even have "full blown" pregnancy symptoms yet! Hope that's the case!

I have the opposite problem. They said I miscarried almost 2 wks ago (even though they didn't do a blood test or an exam) but I still have all the pregnancy symptoms; they've even become worse but when I called the Dr for an appt to get more thoroughly checked out I was told it'd be a waste of my time.

a lot of women on here have posted the same thing that they aren't having any or they are gone quickly. don't go thinking miscarriage you're likely just not sick this time around, but with you having had one before I would go see your doctor to be safe.
