evening primrose oil

For you ladies that did EPO. I just bought my evening primrose oil. 1000Mg. How much do i take and how often? Did it work for you? Please if you did not take it do not respond, and also please no negative responses either. Thanks

I take two in the am by mouth and one at night vaginally.

I have been pricking my capsuls and inserting.  The pills are just way bigger and I can't swallow them without the gag and heave-ho process.  Other gals on here are taking them twice a day and starting at one pill, then two after theur weekly checks.
