pain in right hipand leg what helps?

Ok I'm a ftm and I'm 29 weeks today and the pain in my right hip is getting really bad. I'm use to dealing with pain I have a very very bad neck and shoulders due to a car deck but I can't handle the pain in my hip. I can be just fine all day but as soon as I stand or walk a lot it starts to feel like my hip is breaking and sharp pains shoot down my leg. My knee feels like its swollen and my ankle and its just the one leg. My obgyn is not a very good doc if u ask me. I've only seen her twice thru out my whole pregnancy and it was like 5 mins for both times. I can't take over the counter Tylenol it messes with my heart. I've been doing a rice sock for heat for a moist heat and I've tried ice but nothing helps. I can't take baths cause I fight UTIs really bad due to my kidneys but sitting or laying seems to add to the pain. I need thoughts on what is causing it and help to ease the pain. Srry I know its a long one I just need help.

Google has useful pictures. The best i can describe it is you get on all fours then arch your back up like a cat.  Hold that for a few seconds(or longer if it feels good) then arch your back down towards the floor and hold.  Repeat as needed.

Sounds like sciatica. Try the cat/cow yoga pose. Helps me when my sciatica gets too bad
