Every time I take my prenatal vitamins, no matter what time of day, I throw up soon after. I've tried taking them with food and on an empty stomach but nothing has helped. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm afraid my baby isn't get what he/she needs.

Happened to me too, I had them switched and now I only will puke on an empty stomach. Try gummies!

I take mine right before bed, that helped me to keep them down.

This happens to me too. Tho I never got sick from prenatals with my daughter.

Ingf you are throwing up immediately after taking them and you can see them in your vomit I would be concerned but if it's about 15-20 minutes later after taking them your body has pretty well absorbed them by then. I would try switching to gummies also, they are much easier to digest. I found with the gel caps the fish oil in it would make me feel sick after taking them.

Happened to me and he is letting me take Flintstone vitamins.

Happened to me all the time and my doctor switched me to gummy vitamins. They work great

Get the gummy vitamins. If that doesn't work try Flintstones vitamins. That's what my Dr told me to do.

Talk to your doctor, but perhaps the iron could be too harsh. I know some ppl who have had issues with it because of iron, although, it was usually diarrhea.
