I'm 36+6 I had a Dr appt Mon and said I was 3-4cm dilated + 70% effaced I've had the worse cervical pain (like someone stabbing my vajj) mon-wed. I've had constant back pain for 2 days and rib pain and on and off period like cramps. I'm not sure if my mucus plug has came out yet I think it came out little by little over the last month. I'm due may 23. This back pain...is it back labor?, do u think I'm having him real soon? (1st pregnancy)

Could be soon or could be a while. Women in my family walk around for a few weeks at 4 cm :( prayers for Your comfort :)

In the same boat and due the same date. My next appt is Tuesday so we will see what my dr says. Today i was having pain . Irregular ones but they were there.
