suggestion for morning sickness
I'm 7weeks tomorrow and I've been so sick. I can't hold down anything, even crackers. I was given zophran for nausea but I can't keep it down long enough for it to do any good. Any other suggestions.
Most pregnant women are deficient in B6, which will make you more sick. Look it up. I've been taking it and it helps with the nausea.
I talked to my pharmacist and she said natural gravol is ok to take. I've been lucky only nausea.
