Please do yourself a favor and do not let yourself itch even a little! Slap your belly if you have to! It will spread and your stretch marks will scar much worse if you scratch. I wasn't paying attention this morning and let myself itch and bumps spread even more! Lots. It's awful :(

Stretch marks, there is really nothing you can do to stop them -trust me I got all the way up til the end without a single one and now I have them all across in just a couple weeks. As for the itching, I have the same problem - awfully itchy belly rash. The best thing to do is force yourself not to itch and rub lotion on every time you feel the need. If you can manage that, I promise it will get easier in a couple days. Still itchy but not constantly and not as bad and it will start to go away. Personally for me, tanning it in the sun helped too - but that's just me. Might make it worse for other people cuz of the sweating.
