upper abdomen pain

So I'm 15 weeks and two days pregnant, and I have sharp pain in my upper abdomen, should I be worried or no? I called the on call nurse at my doctors but I'm still not sure if I should be worried or not. I've been really stresses today so Idk if that is going to cause something bad

I had a similar pain...It was horrible and on my right side....lasted for about 2 days and than just went away....i Googled it...apparently it's called round ligament pain...

Any sharp persistent pain needs to be checked out. Since its high up, could it be something you ate or drank? Does it get better by walking up and down, with lying down or relaxing/sitting still? Do get some assistance. Hope you feel better soon.
