I'm over due and was wondering what are some of the ways to help induce naturally? I've had 3 membrane strips and have been walking and eating spicy food. What worked for you?

I've heard Castor oil could work. Also sex but let him finish inside because the sperm can soften the cervix.

Oh it must be too late for me then. I'm already 40 weeks and 2 cm dilated and 80% effaced :(

I think the raspberry tea and evening primrose oil worked for me but I think it takes some time. I started at 37 weeks and at 40 weeks I'm 4cm 80% effaced and still haven't felt a single contraction.
