Baby finally flipped head down now I'm scared hes going to flip up again

I'm 32 weeks and bub finally flipped head down a few days ago according to an ultrasound tech, but of course she had to burst my bubble and make a joke saying "he still has 2 months to flip up again!" not funny. My concern at the moment though is that my ribs have been killing me so I want to use a hot pad on them but I'm afraid he's going to be attracted to the heat and then head up again. Is this silly or could that actually happen? Should I avoid doing it?

Oddly I was just going to ask the same question! I'm also 32 wks and for the last ten weeks babba has been head down, but today and yesterday feet were being sprawled across me and there was severe pressure under my ribs, iblnfound it very difficult to breathe or eat. I know for sure that babbas head was pushing out on my right side today. I felt hiccups very strongly where I believe the head was.
I hope it goes bk head down again. Fingers crossed!
