False labor or the real deal?

Hello ladies, For 3 days now I've been having really bad period cramp feelings, My stomach seems to get hard when this happens and my back hurts as well but they're not consistent so i know they're not real contractions but from what I have read Braxton hicks are supposed to be this painful. Could I be going into labor or just false alarm? My due date is May 14th so I know I'm close and I haven't had any mucus discharge yet so I'm stuck here. Any words of advice? This is my first baby so I'm pretty clueless here lol

I was having the same but started at 35 weeks I know what ur going through. My due due was may 15th but I'm getting induced on the 12th. It could be near for you bc a woman's body prepares itself for the baby to arrive. If it goes away when u sit stand lay down its false. If it hurts every five to seven minutes it's labor. From the start of pain to the next start of pain.
