Hi ladies! Need some natural help to start labor

Little bit of background story. I'm currently pregnant with my second baby and at the beginning, we thought my due date was May 8th but that switched to May 21st, May 20th, May 18th and finally May 17th. We agreed that the edd would be May 17th until we could figure out what exactly is the date we should stick with. Two days ago, I had contractions for 3 1/2 hours but unfortunately, I couldn't get relaxed enough for them to progress. Yesterday I went to the OB for the strep b test and my OB stated that it is safe for me to go into labor (even if I am reading at 36 weeks or so due to the EDD) because of the amount of contractions I'm having. My first daughter was born at 38w 6d and had no complications with either pregnancy. She believes I'm further along in my pregnancy and I'm dilated to 1 inch so far and I was given the go ahead to go into labor or try to kick start it. I see her next Monday but I would like to start drinking some Red Raspberry Leaf Tea to help tone my uterus again but I was curious if there is any other natural ways (besides sex, nipples stimulation and walking) that help? Thanks ladies!

Try taking the raspberry leaf tea capsules instead ! They're stronger potency and people swear by it. I just started taking mine on Sunday.
