Symptoms constant or in waves?

Hi all- this is my second pregnancy, my first ended in miscarriage at 10 weeks. I'm always worried about this one now. My question is- if you have symptoms such as sore boobs, do they remain always sore or does it go in waves. This morning they hurt terribly, this afternoon not so much. Still tender, but nothing like earlier today or yesterday. Is that normal? It's probably crazy that I wish they hurt more! Lol. I just want this little bean to be ok!! Any insights appreciated.

I have the same, some days my boobs hurt some they don't... I don't feel much different to before as I was not pregnant. And of cause I am worried as well. Maybe you will think I don't understand what you are going through and I might don't. But I decided not to worry anymore "without" a reason. I could not sleep the first week, was thinking all the time about things could go wrong. This first trimester can get so long if you just worrie all the time. Just try as good as you can, I know it will be hard.

I know how u feel I've had 2 miscarriages  1 live birth and another miscarriage in march this yr..and pregnant again. .only 5 weeks but worried sick...I generally don't really get any symptoms early on...maybe a little dizziness on and off and some cramps but never the sore boobs or nausea...sometimes like u I wish I had all the symptoms possible just so I would feel pregnant...
Unfortunately it's a waiting game until  we get over these critical couple of months...best of luck to u and babs x
