sleeping positions
I'm 31yrs old,an 27wks preg with 2nd child after 13yrs,feeling somewhat confused.i want to know do I have to always sleep on my left side?or I can sleep on any position.
You can sleep anyway you like preferably not directly on ur stomach (obvious one) lol and in ur third trimester you shouldn't really lie flat on ur back for too long (try a few pillows to raise u up a little)
