Just want to know if u smoke and if quit when u found out ur pregnant. I'm a smoker just want to kn ways to quit.

I quit cold turkey with baby 1, 2, and 3 the day I got a positive test. Thankfully after the 3rd time I never picked up the habit again. This is a question you need to bring up to your doctor, and not have people on forums telling you it's fine to smoke under what they feel is okay.

Oh my god, so hard! 20 a day gal but thankfully was completely off them 2wks after pregnancy confirmed. I used a nicorette inhaler, at work when everyone else was going out I went with them but smoked the inhaler, found it easier than trying to stay away from them altogether. Was still smoking 2a day. When morning sickness kicks in you won't be able to smoke. Just cut down as much as possible but remember stress is more harmful to the baby than smoke so if you feel you want a fag then smoke it.
