Spd while pregnant?

Does anyone else have spd? How do you manage? I started really feeling it around 20+ weeks and now im 33 weeks and it is becoming unbearable! Im in so much pain! How do you manage?

I've had this problem with both pregnancies and seen both physios and osteopath. You will need a support belt/tubi-grip to wear over your pelvis to keep it tight. Sleep with a pillow between your legs. Whenever you need to move your legs keep the level and together (like when getting out of bed and in and out of a car). When walking take very short steps. Do kegel exercises. Hope that helps!
