Abdominal Pain

I am currently pregnant with my second child and am in my tenth week of pregnancy, my problem is that I am having weird pains on the left hand side of my abdominal area. All discharge and everything else is normal. It's just these achy pains that I get only when I am leaning back or laying on my left side. Are there any ideas of what this could be? I am going to the doctor tomorrow, but I am a little worried about the situation... Please help!

Is it possible you could be a little dehydrated?  I think dehydration can sometimes cause abdominal cramps.  I usually feel less crampy if I drink a big glass of water.

Have them check for cysts via u/s when you go in for your appt.  I had the same pains but no cramping and they found a cyst on my ovary with the u/s.
