CAN U BLEED AND BE PREGNANT?

I was wonderin if you can bleed and be pregnant or if its a good sign?...3 days before my period i started bleeding light pink which was off and on for 2 days then it stopped it wasent alot and i havent bled after that i didnt even get my period..and i want to know wat it is im getting nausea if i did get pregnant it was on march 18th im going to the doctor next week is it too early to get any symptoms?, but i jus wanted to know if anyone on here could give me any advice it will help!!..thanks

I got a positive test the day I should have started to, I miscarried on Feb 7th and March 7th took a test and was positive, I new I was pregnant again

Sounds like it could be, implantation bleeding usually occurs around the time you would expect your period and often times women will mistake it for their period. It is usullay light in color and a very light amount. Again everyone is different and this is only from what I have read on the internet. If it was truly implantation bleeding and you have in fact missed your period you should take a test. Most tests are reliable at this point but I also wanted to share that with my first pregnancy I had to be four days late before I finally got my faint positive and it was one of those early tests too, the ones you can supposedly take five days before you miss your period. With my second pregnancy, Af wasn't due for three days yet and with this one its hard to say since I have no idea when I ovulated, I have gone back and calculated things and most websites say I ovulated around March 9-10 so with that in mind I got a positive the day AF was due, with an early test.

but thats not the only thing i was wondering if that is implantation bleeding?

I had the same thing happen to me I spotted only when I whiped? for a few days and then no period I think its normal as long as you dont start to really bleed and pass tissue

You can bleed but you usually have to keep a close watch on it. I don't know much else..but let us know how it goes with your doctor!
