Is it normal?

Im just curious if what im feeling is normal?  When im on my feet even for an hour i feel this heavy feeling on my stomach, at times i have to hold on to the bottom of my tummy because it feels like its pushing down or it feels heavy and it can really get uncomfortable.  It goes away though when i seat down and relax, but i would like to walk more now since im almost 32 weeks, but sometimes its so hard when i feel that way each time i walk for an hour or so. Also is it braxton hicks contraction when your stomach suddenly tightens up and relax after a couple of seconds, because i have that too when im walking and its really hard to breath. Is anyone having this similar situation please let me know...

Hi there!

I am having EXACTLY what you describe!  When I walk the dog, I hold the bottom of my belly because it feels like something is going to drop out!  Lol.  Very heavy, lots of downward pressure, no pain though.  Relief when I sit down.  I am also having occasional hardening and strong urge to pee, and I chalked that up to Braxton Hicks.  I'm 31 weeks on Saturday.
