HCG level down

Hey ladies on, I have an appt on 3/13, but 3/10, I wanted some reassurance and requested for a second hcg, so I called my doc and asked her to fax an order to blood work place close to my house, she did.  Well they called me about the results today, hcg 1643 (down form 3000 on 3/5) and progestrone 42 ( up for 28 on 3/5).  I have an appt tomorrow for U/S (last U/S showed a sac and yoke), I have no bleeding, no cramps and breast are still tender, I dont know what to think.  You wait so long and work so hard to even get pregnant and with a drop of a dime it is taken from you.  I dont know what else to do with my self.  I am just hoping the lab was wrong and the u/s will show something good.

YEAAA i'm sooo happy to come home from work and see this news!!!! : )   that makes me so so happy!!! yea most doctors don't even go by beta hcgs after a certain point, just ultrasounds!   WOW i'm just so excited for you and the little one! : )   This is it, its our time for sure! : )  you got over the biggest hurdle today and thats seeing a little heartbeat! CONGRATS! : )

Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers.  I cried and felt sad all night, but my husband kept saying I would hear something good on Friday.  I went  to my Appt today, the Doc did an U/S and guess what, there was a strong heartbeat! can you believe that, GOD is good.  She just called me with my bld work results hcg 22000 and progestrone 32, sac yoke, pole and heart beat, I feel so blessed and happy right now, it hasnt been an easy road.  Please keep me in your prayers and I will do the same, keep your faith.  This is our year!!

I'm so sorry.... maybe since it was done at a different lab they messed something up! the fact that you still have symptoms and your progesterone is rising is a good sign! I"m praying for you that tomorrow brings good news!!! Good luck and keep us updated!!

I am hoping the best for you.  MY daughter's level has dropped from 33,000 to 29,000 and something on Tuesday and is still 29000 and something today.  A little down and her Doctor told her today there was no hope.  Cait dont believe him.  I pray your outcome is better then what they say for us...we might not be here in this forum from what the doctors say.  GOOD LUCK...OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU!
