We had a heartbeat!!

We had our first ultrasound yesterday @ 7w and the baby is healthy and perfect with a strong heartbeat. They say it measured 6w3d The doctor said it couldn't look any better! After two m/c this is soo exciting!!! He wants to repeat the u/s in 2 weeks to take another look at the baby's growth.

BNY - I read that your u/s went well too! Isn't it awesome!!!

Kmcarino - he didn't tell me what the heart rate was, he just said everything looked perfect for this stage. Going back in 2 weeks for another so I'll be asking this time.

Hey all,
I'm new here. I'm 6weeks pregnant and due date is Nov 16.
We had an ultra sound today and could hear the hearbeat.. sounded like music to my ears :)

Yes it's awesome.

My m/c's happened so early we never got to see a heart beat before.

But yesterday as soon as he started the u/s the heartbeat was very obvious,, it was soo amazing to see something so small and so wonderful!!

YEEAAAAA yes, it was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! to see the little ones heart beating!! we have been pregnant so many times, but never actually seen the heart beating! so its a HUGE step! they say your risk of mc goes waaaaay down after seeing the heartbeat, so i'm praying this is our time! : ) CONGRATS! : )
