The information my doctor sent home with me said Unisom or 25mg of vitamin B6 taken once a day (at night I think).

Peppermint works well for me.  (when it's mild)

Hope this helps and I hope it passes soon!

vitamin B6 works really well, but I've taken a break from it to make sure that I'm actually having pregnancy symptoms ;-)  Also: warm ginger ale, saltines, lemon, hot water w/ honey and cinnamon, whole wheat toast w/ honey & cinnamon.  Hope these help!

Glad to hear that you're getting your supplies!  Make sure that you take no more than 50-75 mg of the B6 when you get it.  Talk to your OB about taking the extra supplement as well (but I've read that the body just gets rid of any extra).  The lemon I would add to the cinnamon and honey 'tea'.  Don't actually use tea, but a tbsp of honey and tsp of cinnamon plus the lemon should ease the stomach. Be well! ;-)

My doctor also suggested unisom and b6. When I had the virus and vomiting  she told me to take 25 mg B6 with 1/2 tablet of unisom up to 3 x's a day. It worked pretty well for me. Hope you feel better

Nothing is working for me. I am nauseous all day but particularly from the minute I wake up to about 3pm. I find Triscuits help the tiniest bit but it isn't consistent, some days no help at all. Sucking on hard candy also helps a bit. I find I can't drink anything until the early afternoon. That makes it worse and I end up vomiting.
I am chomping on ice to try keep fluids up and not get constipatedand in the afternoon try to down a glass of decaf ice tea. Most other things I have an aversion for. Used to love coffee - can't face it now. So sad!
I have lost 7pounds in the last week and a half. (Since I am a but overweight it isn't all bad but I wish I didn't feel so terrible!)
Driving is horrible and I have to have a chuck bucket in the car with me. Definitely not enjoying this at all - particularly when i am trying to keep it secret for another month at work until I am past 12 weeks.
But the flip side is that the baby is growing really well and I was told that morning sickness is a sign of a healthy pregnancy!
