What is happening'?

I am really worried. When I first found out I was pregnant not long ago I had bad lower abdomen pain even before finding out I was pregnant. The doctor was worried about an etopic pregnancy but the Hcg levels were going up and seemed good on the last one checked. No bleeding just lower abdomen pain I went for a ultrasound but it was apparently only early a couple of weeks ago nothing was seen on either the vaginal u/s or the ultrasound.I went back to the doctor she seemed happy as the results had kept raising and she said I may have just found out early which is why the hcg levels were not rising as quickly at first and the abdomen pain can be normal for a lot of people.
I had an ultrasound on the 15/3 a couple of days ago again the ultrasound was not enough as it was too tiny to see. A vaginal scan was done again where the gestational sac was seen 8.8mm no yolk sac sighted. The lady said it was a pregnancy of just over 5 weeks 5 wk 5 days. I have been feeling morning sickness and off for a few weeks though and my last period was January the last day would have been around the 20th I assumed I would be further by now.
For the last week I have had a stiff neck and sore neck mostly on the left side, my lymphoid glands are swollen on my neck also I have noticed. It spread down to my shoulder today and all the way down my arm. I actually used dencorub half an hour ago because of the pain i know I am not meant to but I thought it would be better than anything else and the pain is bad and un comfortable.
Could someone please tell me if they ever had this

I have been feeling similar. well I have had terrible nausea, which I know is normal, but I have a stiff neck, terrible shoulder pain, and some times I feel a lil out of it, a lil dizzy a lil shaky!

Thank You.
I seen my doctor an hour ago and was prescribed Panadeine Forte which is safe in a pregnancy as it is a category A medication for a short time.
The doctor thinks it could just be a muscular problem that should go away in the next few days.
I thought so too but a few people I know have had similar ultrasounds until later.
Thank you

Hey there,
I think you should definitely call your doc about the swollen glands.  I have also never heard of someone feeling pain down their arm and shoulder...this could be totally unrelated to the pregnancy.  If your last period was on the 20th of January...then I would think you'd be closer to 7 or 8 weeks...but maybe it implanted late or you ovulated late or something.  If your hcg levels are rising, and you saw the sac, then it sounds like things are progressing well.  You should call your doctor about the pain you're experiencing though...goodluck!
