My baby needs on a schedule.

I have to go back to work in like 3 weeks. How can I get my baby on a sleep schedule? I'm a little confused on ever how to do this. HELP!!!!!!!

Yeah. Sometimes he gets really tried and starts to cries that when I know he's tried. I have to put him on one when I go back to work cause I can't not be getting any sleep when I go to work.

My lil guy is 1 month n 3days its ben hard trying to get him on a schedule right now i try keeping him up during the day.every time he wakes i interact with him keep the room lit up sing to him constantly talk to him play where's mommas baby things like that. he eventually passes out on me lol but it has Ben helping with the night time thing. at night i keep the room dark n have diper n bottle ready for wen he wakes to avoid him waking up all the way. each day gets better but its hard when they r this young because they sleep so much
