I'm the same way, I'm 11w2d. I keep a list on the fridge of all good food combos I have in stock, including weird craving combos that have hit the spot before, that way I'm not aimlessly opening the fridge and cabinets for half an hour :) I find a lot of times that something with a good strong flavor hits the spot...like sharp cheese on wheat crackers. For a sweet tooth I like oikos Greek yogurt with fruit or frozen yogurt...although the occasional Snickers bar does the trick sometimes too! My latest craving is chicken salad with pickles :) oh and when I'm feeling like a bottomless pit, apples with a good tart favor help too!!
