Dilating Question.

What can I do to start dilating? Going to be 39 weeks this Friday, and I haven't started dilating yet.

Im due the same day too and I have just been walking alot. Im 2 cm and baby is very low.

I did figure eights on my ball and that helped.  My doctor was happy.  It also moved my baby down!

I will be 39 weeks this Friday also , I would suggest walking a lot . It help me with my last 2 pregnancies and I been walking with my third also hope it does help since every pregnancy is different.
