10 weeks today zero symptoms!

Hi everyone..today I am 10 weeks..my first U/s is Thursday and I'm so excited because I don't even feel pregnant so I need to see my little nugget!!! Anyone feeling the same? I might be a little tired but other than that I feel normal. Had a pelvic exam last week and said my uterus was getting bigger but I need more reassurance!

At 10 weeks I lost all symptoms, I was really worried because I had a miscarriage last November. Im now now 12 weeks and the baby is doing great.

I had my first ultrasound today and I'm 10w2d and baby looked good with a strong heartbeat. No symptoms here just in need or naps where I can fit them in

I still have another week until my appt and it's killing me. I keep reading all these things about women who had no symptoms of mc but found out when they went for their first appt that the baby just stopped growing and had no heartbeat. I can't help but worry that something's wrong. I haven't even told my family yet because I need to make sure everything ok first.

I will be 10 weeks tomorrow and am also experiencing no symptoms other than feeling a little more tired than usual and maybe a little more hungry. My dr appt isn't until the 1st and I am not even sure what it is they will be doing. I am hoping for an u/s so that I will know everything is ok. Everyone tells me I should be grateful for not feeling sick and experiencing other pregnancy symptoms but I can't help but feel worried.
