Hey i have an anatomy ultrasound appt tomorrow too.. Im nervous.. Last ultrasound for gender verification they mentioned my bladder was enlarged. Can't wait to see my dr tomorrow
They do a ton of measurements and need pictures of all of the vital parts (stomach, kidneys, bladders, spine, brain, heart, etc.). Our appointment actually took closer to two hours because baby was spine up and she couldn't get a good picture of his heart. As long as baby cooperates, you should be able to find out the gender at that appointment though!
Yes it helped alot thank yoh
They can tell you the gender, as long as baby cooperates. They're also looking at baby's overall development, making sure there is nothing noticeably wrong to cause concerns. Measuring femur, looking at facial development, heart development, head and abdominal measurements. Lots of information to find out, hope this has helped :)
