Can't sleep!!

Is anyone else having insomnia these last few weeks? I'm 35 weeks but doctors have prepared me for premature labor. I've been in bed rest but can never sleep until 4 or 5 am. I don't know if it's stress or my baby girl kicking and moving that's keeping me up!

I'm just over 37 weeks and been having issues sleeping too. I've been using the unisom tablets that I was using during the first trimester for morning sickness to get to sleep, works great! Can do that or benadryl, both are safe

I use relaxation cds/guided meditation to go to sleep. But wake up every few hours to pee.
