Discharge

I am 6 weeks pregnant and I have been experiencing occasional mild cramping and today I had some light brown discharge. Is this normal?

Light brown is totally fine and I have low pain in the sides and it's just to do with the bowels so don't worry.7 weeks tomorrow x

It's good to be cautious because I thought I was only 3 weeks far along and had experienced some heavy bleeding in the morning. I took initiative and drove myself into ER to check what was going on. Turned out I was confirmed pregnant at 6 weeks and my ultrasounds and blood testd showed that I had SCH--or threatened miscarriage. It was a close call for me, but am required to go through full pelvic rest until they say otherwise. I bled for only that day, and it became light brown by the following mid-day Today, I am 8 weeks pregnant. Take all necessary precautioun if it bleeds heavier over time. If it goes away after a day, I wouldn't be worried. Hope this helps.

Could be decidual bleeding which is bleeding at the time when you would have had a period. I have read that as long as the cramping is mild and the discharge is minimal u should be okay but ask ur doc if u are worried. I'm having some very minimal discharge and I'm 6 weeks too
