So I 38week+ and seriously I can't even walk with these. Anyone else experiencin this . Using ointment by doctor but not working any one any suggestions for some relief.? Desperate over here
Sit baths, warm water reduces the size and after your done apply ointment, always keep clean and stool softners so you don't irritate it more..
Miralax or fiber twice a day, tucks wipes, desitin, and take deep breath with bowel movements instead of straining.
