Milk with plant sterol

My wife is about 3 months pregnant, and has drank a few cups
of a milk that contains plant sterol (diary farmers heart active milk).

Last night after she drank it, I noticed the fine prints at the back of the carton, stating
that pregnant women should seek advice from a doctor before drinking it.
Does anybody know if it's harmful (with her being pregnant), or an issue?

(My wife wouldn't drink it
anymore) but just hoping all is good. Would really appreciate your answers, as she's a bit frightened.
