I take the meijer brand over the counter prenatal vitamins. They aren't chalky, no flavor really. I was struggling with feeling really nauseous in the mornings but after taking my vitamins with a meal I would be fine during the day. So I switched to taking them with something to eat at night before I go to bed. Not enough food to make me feel full, but enough to keep me from getting nauseous from the vitman on an empty stomach. It has helped tremendously!
I get the prenatal gummies from walmart there better then taking those big pills ..
Nope they're not perscription. You can get them at any health store! They're gel caps too so easy to swallow.
I use One A Day prenatals. They're over the counter, large pills but they are gel and not chalky, so they're easier to take.
Thank you!!
Are they prescribed?
I'm taking Sisu Multi - expecting vitamins. I've been taking them the whole 7 months while we were ttc. They don't make me feel nauseous at all unless I take them on an empty stomach. I always take one with breakfast and another with dinner. Hope this helps!
