exercising, due Nov 2nd

Hi you guys, I'm 19 and a FTM. I'm expecting my baby boy on Nov 2nd. I really want to walk around my block or in front of my house in the afternoons when the sun goes down but I'm literally scared to go out the house now. There's someone that's kind of stalking me and my boyfriend (my bd) and I don't feel safe without looking everywhere every time I step outside. I even worry when my bf goes out or to work. I would do squats or something inside the house but my legs start to hurt so quickly and my feet swell up. I don't know what to do. I just want to help with dilating. I'm 34 weeks with six weeks to go. Anyone have any suggestions with what to do? It's worrying me like crazy every since I found out a couple days ago. :(

Thank you guys so much! I will definitely try those. I'll walk around the house playing music a lot more.

Hi I'm due November 2 as well. I enjoy music so what I do is listen to music and dance and it helps me.

Also have you tried prenatal yoga? It's great for your flexibility and prepares you for labor. Not to mention meditation is a great stress releif

Hi there and congrats on the baby. I'm due November 1st and what I do since I can't walk down my road or go to the gym (I have a 3 year old Lil girl), is I just walk laps inside the house. I know it sounds strange but I've been doing it my whole pregnancy and it's helped with my weight. Plus my daughter thinks it's a game and sometimes chases me or sits there and says ready, set, GO!
