My pregnancy has ended unfortunately I had a miscarriage 1week ago at 4weeks and 6 days so for those of you who are pregnant With morning sickness take it as a good thing I miss my baby but it is what it is I'm very happy for all of you.

I am pregnant with baby #3 and due on 11/27. This will be my third cesarean and I'm so nervous. My doctor told me I should think about getting my tubes tied because I would be considered high risk if I was to get pregnant with a 4th. I'm not sure if that's something I want to do because it's so permanent. Anyone have any advice on that? Also my iron level is 34 and they consider you anemic and 32 so they're watching my iron. Is there anything I should worry about if my iron goes down.

I'm anemic too but all my babies are healthy its so nice to know there's more peeps out there with baby number 5 we haven't told his family because I just don't want to deal with all the judging has anyone told there families does anyone have any ideas when we told them we were pregnant with our forth they had the nerve to ask if it was planned.
