Oh lord when i was six weeks i was always back cupcakes and cookies for a month. Eat what you want just drink plenty of water, add a yogurt in the morning. Try to eat a salad everyday like a mixed green woth spinach and romaine lettuce. Eat fruit f you want something sweet. Ever since i started eat healthy along with what the baby wants ive been able to keep my weight under control. Pre pregnancy weight 146 at 8 weeks 165 im now 10w5d and weigh 155

Its really relieving to  know I'm not alone. I'm having little body pains from the walk I did yesterday.. I will repeat next week hopefully by then I would have recovered from the pain s. I felt good  after the walk. Have you tried?

I totally understand your concern. I'm worried about the same issue. My pre pregnancy weight was 185 I'm 8 weeks and have gained 5 lbs already. Not to mention I'm always tired and constipated. I feel like all I do is eat and sleep. I want to change my habits because I tried so long and hard to get  pregnant. I want to give this pregnancy my best.
